CANCELLATION POLICY
A valid credit card will be required when booking your appointment , YOUR CARD will not be charged, it is only to reserve your appointment
For any reason you need to cancel or reschedule please do so 24 hrs in advance, same day cancellations will BE CHARGED 50% OF the service
no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service.
If you are running more than 10 minutes late, I will do everything possible to extend the time and give you the full time on your appointment. However, if there is another appointment following your treatment, I cannot guarantee this will be possible.

CHILDREN POLICY
Because of the size of our space and the DEDICATED attention we try TO give every client we respectfully ask that if you plan to be in the studio for longer than 30 minutes, please leave your kiddos at home.
